Quenching Systems

Another business area is the design, construction, manufacturing, and assembly of complete quenching systems, including quenching tanks or their subcomponents. The systems are specifically tailored to customer needs, ensuring that the conceptual design is perfectly suited to the respective quenching material and medium.

Vacuum Systems Construction

We plan, design, and manufacture vacuum pump stations and vacuum systems with liquid-ring vacuum pumps for process engineering systems. Explosion-proof systems according to ATEX are also available upon request.

Oil Treatment Systems for Insulating Oils

By regularly filtering, dehydrating, and degassing insulating oils from transformers, circuit breakers, and cables, the lifespan and performance of these electrical components are significantly extended.

We supply systems for the treatment of insulating oils.

  • Flow rates from 600 to 12,000 l/h
  • Design as single-stage or double-stage system
  • Direct heating of the oil or gentle heating via primary water/glycol circuit
  • PLC control for fully automatic operation
  • Visual/electrical filter monitoring
  • Electrical level monitoring in the degassing tank
  • Oil flow meter
  • Available as a stationary system, on wheels for mobility, or mounted in a trailer with road traffic approval
  • Standard Insulating Oils
  • Maximum moisture content of 50 ppm bound water
  • Maximum gas content of 10-12 Vol. %
